CAF Launches its revamped Support Function

CAF is announcing the relaunch of its Support team which will deliver dedicated support all of our customers’ apps and services across all platforms. CAF has always provided Support services, but with the appointment of Rania Karatza in the newly created Head of Support role, CAF will grow its team, capability and offering.

Under Rania’s leadership we will deliver the basics AND an enhanced offering. Of course the Support team can be engaged to ensure your applications work as intended, but additionally CAF Support helps clients to with app analytics, continuous reporting, identification of market trends and upgrade improvements.

As the number of clients we work with grows and as the complexity of the solutions we provide develops, our Support function has developed to cope with demand. As we offer a broad range of services at CAF, the Support team is highly talented and experienced and we are often asked by clients to support apps and services we didn’t build. In response to this market need, we are happy to announce that CAF is able to support third party mobile and digital apps and services. We have developed somewhat of a talent for doing this - quickly getting under the hood of third party solutions and offering flexible support packages to new clients.

Our support offering includes:

- Software and Server Support Service during business hours (9:00-17:30)

- 24/7 Server Support

- Unique online customer portal to raise support tickets/enquiries

- Monthly support tickets analytics

- Proactive Support OS software updates

- Reactive Support (bug fixes and change requests which typically sit outside of                 the original project scope).

- Different SLA levels ranging from 4 hours to 10 business days

Our in-house, dedicated support team is comprised of mobile support specialists across a wide range of platforms, systems, frameworks and coding languages. We are a diverse team and are able to deliver high quality Support for complex products and integrations.
