KPMG CIO To Join Chelsea Apps Factory as COO

Enterprise mobility specialist, Chelsea Apps Factory, today announced that KPMG CIO, Edel McGrath, will be joining the company as COO from September 2017.

Edel has worked for KPMG for 28 years, the last four as Chief Information Officer for the UK firm.   As CIO, Edel transformed the IT function, improving the way services are delivered through implementing models to facilitate the introduction of new technologies such as cloud, mobility and RPA.

Founder and CEO of Chelsea Apps Factory, Mike Anderson, commented: “We are absolutely delighted to have Edel join us at Chelsea Apps. She has a wealth of experience in exceptional service delivery, leading change programmes, and complex outsourcing and offshoring. She understands our business and we are really excited that she has accepted the challenge to help take CAF to the next level of growth in its 7 year history.”

Edel McGrath added: “I’m very excited to be joining Chelsea Apps Factory. I know and respect their work as enterprise mobility experts, having experienced the business first hand, as a client.

Market demand for mobile strategy and skills has never been stronger and with CAF’s robust track record I believe they are ideally positioned. I’m looking forward to contributing to their continued success.”
